Sign In To Tailscale

To sign back in:

  • Click 'Log In' from the Tailscale icon in the bottom right of the screen
  • Proceed to log in using our shared credentials:

User = senior.response@allclear-connect.com

Password = #65#bn#TY4x#


When asked to 'Enter Code', use an Authenticator App (or a fellow Agent's) to find a current code and key it in.


Contact support if you need help to set up your own Authenticator App.


Why It Stops Working

The AllClear screens are web pages generated by their private intranet.


If the screens stop working then it is most likely because:

  • the internet cannot be reached; or
  • we no longer have access to their private intranet



Private Intranet

To be able to access AllClear our Tailscale software needs to be working and correctly signed in.


Tailscale will periodically receive a software update.

This will stop it from working.

In case this has happened, please restart your PC then follow the instructions to sign in.


7 Day Sign Out

Tailscale signs users out after 7 days, on the dot.

You will find that you are automatically signed out at the same time each week.

This will stop the AllClear screens from working.


When this happens, just sign back into Tailscale.
